  2. Brush and floss your teeth.
  3. Rinse after every meal if brushing is not possible.
  4. Brush your teeth with soft bristle tooth brush especially at the junction of the dental crown and tooth to remove plaque.
  5. Remember to use water flosser/super floss to clean your dental bridge.
  6. Avoid biting on hard food such as bone and ice.
